Description:

Precautions for installation of large Beige separator:
(1) after purchasing the machine, be careful when unpacking to avoid unnecessary damage to the parts, and check the integrity of parts and equipment.
(2) there shall be no vibration on the ground of the installation site.
(3) the machine must be installed on the last cleaning process, that is, after polishing or fine grinding.
(4) the machine shall be installed on a horizontal ground without embedding anchor bolts, and the machine shall be adjusted with a level regulator.
(5) the machine shall be installed in a separate isolated room, not in low temperature, high temperature, humid and dusty places.
(6) to prevent strong electromagnetic interference on and near the site, the user's self-connected inlet and outlet pipes and exhaust pipes must use iron pipes, plastic pipes and other non-metallic pipes shall not be used, and they shall be well-grounded.
(7) channels shall be reserved around the machine for operation, patrol inspection, and maintenance. According to the specific situation of the site, the upper feed inlet corresponds to the user's feed pipe, and the pipe shall be provided with a flow regulating plate and storage box.
(8) pay attention that the feed pipe shall not be pressed on the feed hopper of the machine, otherwise, the treatment capacity will be affected.
