Color sorter:
The selected materials (melon seeds) enter the melon seed color separator from the hopper at the top. Through the vibration of the vibrator device, the selected materials (melon seeds) slide down along the channel, accelerate the fall, enter the observation area in the sorting room, and pass between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the light intensity and color change, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the well-selected materials continue to fall to the finished product cavity of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection.
The intelligent color CCD melon seed color separator can separate the stones, clods, moldy fruits, and other impurities of melon seeds, with a clean rate of 99%, effectively eliminate the defective melon seeds, and the selected melon seeds are of high quality. 53.88 million pixel HD accurate identification of materials, one key intelligent operation, better sorting effect.
