Double Layer Crawler Color Sorter
Description:
The new double-layer crawler color separator is divided into upper and lower layers, including raw material hopper, upper crawler, upper sorting box, lower crawler, and lower sorting box. The raw materials are transported to the upper sorting box through the upper crawler through the chute. After the materials are sorted by the upper sorting box, the superior products are output through the primary discharge hopper, and the inferior products fall into the lower crawler, The lower crawler transports the materials to the lower sorting box for secondary sorting through power, and the lower sorting box discharges the secondary sorted materials through the secondary discharge hopper to discharge the good products and waste products respectively. The double-layer crawler color sorter adopts crawler transportation and adopts two sets of sorting units and chutes set up at the top and bottom. It can carry out twice color selection, which can effectively remove foreign matters and different color materials. It does not need to enter the color sorter repeatedly to repeat color selection and has a good color selection effect. It also saves many lifting and conveying equipment, reduces the damage rate of materials, and improves labor productivity.
