Description:
Working principle of color separator:
The selected material enters the machine from the hopper at the top. Through the vibration of the vibrator device, the selected material slides along the channel accelerate its fall, enters the observation area in the sorting room, and passes between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the light intensity and color change, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the well-selected materials continue to fall to the finished product cavity of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection.
Red beans with large and full granules and bright vermilion color are preferred. The mixed moldy, light-colored and other heterochromatic particles affect their quality and need to be removed by color selection. The red bean color sorter can identify the subtle color difference in red beans and effectively remove impurities and inferior particles in red beans.
After the red bean color separator, the red bean has better quality, higher medicinal value, and higher price. Eat more and your feet are swollen. It has a good effect.
