Description:
Meri RGB Color Sorter Machine utilizes High Definition full color 5400 Pixels CCD image sensor with an advanced image processing system, which can promote processing speed and ensure the best sorting performance.
Color Sorter Machine Features:
According to the difference in optical characteristics of rice, the large rice color sorter uses photoelectric technology to automatically sort out the different color particles in rice, so as to improve the quality of rice and remove impurities.
Precautions before using rice color sorter
(1) the machine shall be installed on the horizontal ground without embedding anchor bolts.
(2) the machine shall be installed in a separate isolated room (air conditioning is recommended), rather than in places with low temperature, high temperature, humidity, and much dust.
(3) the installation site shall be free from ground vibration.
(4) to prevent strong electromagnetic interference on and near the site, the incoming and outgoing pipes and exhaust pipes connected by the user must use iron pipes, plastic pipes and other non-metallic pipes shall not be used, and they shall be well-grounded.
