Installation requirements for industrial color sorter:
(1) Please install the equipment on a horizontal and vibration-free platform, calibrate the machine level, and adjust the levelness of the machine with a level gauge to be greater than or equal to 2 / 1000mm. The four bottom corner discs of the color sorter must be placed on the support column of the platform! At the same time, the supporting structure should be strengthened to prevent the color selection effect from being affected by vibration or inclination, so as to achieve the best stress effect. A high-quality solenoid valve is adopted, with high frequency, long service life, and very low gas consumption, which ensures large output, low take-out ratio, low failure rate, and low energy consumption.
(2) Please do not install the equipment in low temperature, high temperature, humid and dusty places, and try to keep the ambient temperature around the color separator within the range of 0 ° to 40 °.
(3) Please avoid installing the equipment in an environment with strong electromagnetic interference, such as electric welding, high-frequency emission, etc.
(4) Iron pipes shall be used as far as possible for inlet, outlet, and exhaust pipes, non-metallic pipes shall be avoided, and the whole machine shall be well-grounded.
(5) The power supply of the color sorter must use a separate power supply circuit. Please avoid installing this equipment and high-power equipment on the same power supply line, so as to prevent the normal operation of the color sorter from being affected by the excessive reduction of the power supply voltage of the color sorter due to the sudden start of high-power equipment.
