High-efficiency air coolers are essential appliances for commercial refrigeration and cold storage equipment. These appliances come in different types classified by cold storage temperature, with more than a dozen commonly used basic models available in the market.
There are two primary types of high-efficiency air coolers, the high-temperature type and the medium-temperature type. The fins' pitch varies between these two types with the high-temperature type having a pitch of 4.5mm and the medium-temperature type having a pitch of 6.0mm.
In terms of cooling capacity, these high-efficiency air coolers have a broad range, from 1.1 to 46KW. As such, they are suitable for commercial refrigeration, freezing, and cold storage equipment commonly found in supermarkets and other similar establishments.
Refrigeration Capacity:
The cooling capacity of an air cooler can be amplified significantly by using internally threaded copper tubes as opposed to bare tubes. In fact, the refrigeration capacity can increase by 1.4-1.5 times with the same fin area.
Uniform Frosting:
To improve the uniformity of frosting on coil tubes, the design of air flow and liquid separation circuits has been optimized. Additionally, a new liquid distributor has been implemented to help distribute liquid more evenly.
Efficient Defrosting:
To ensure efficient defrosting, the electric heaters are designed with reasonable spacing and power requirements.
Convenient Installation and Maintenance:
Cleaning and maintaining the air cooler is made easy thanks to its flexible design. Both the water tray and two side panels can be easily disassembled when needed.
Durable:
The air cooler’s shell is made of embossed aluminum plate and sprayed with epoxy resin plastic for durability. Furthermore, high-strength aluminum rivets and stainless steel fasteners were used to make the connectors.
