D-series air cooler, also known as an air cooler, is a cooling device that is used to maintain suitable temperatures in different cold storages. This device is suitable for use in civil cold storage or combined cold storage. The D-series air cooler is available in three types- DL, DD, and DJ- that are designed to work at different storage temperatures. The cooler has several advantages, including a compact structure, light weight, and uniform storage temperature, which improves the freshness of stored food.
There are three types of D-series air cooler, each of which is suitable for different types of cold storage. The DL series is designed to work in a cold storage with a low storage temperature, the DD series is designed for a medium storage temperature, and the DJ series is designed for a high storage temperature.
The D-series air cooler has several advantages that make it a popular choice for various types of cold storages. The cooler has a compact structure and is lightweight, which makes it easy to install in any cold storage. The device is designed in such a way that it does not occupy any cold storage area. The D-series air cooler is also known for producing uniform storage temperature, which helps to maintain the freshness of stored food for long periods. Additionally, the high efficiency of the cooler helps to quickly cool down the food stored in the cold storage, further improving the freshness of the stored food.
The shell is designed with a strong corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance, thanks to the use of plastic spraying process or embossed aluminum plate for the surface which is then coated in plastic.
A novel method of coil arrangement has been implemented to reduce wind side resistance. Once the sheet is installed, the mechanical expansion of the copper tube firmly attaches it to the fin, thereby reducing contact thermal resistance and improving heat transfer efficiency.
After undergoing the pressure test, products are cleaned inside the tube with trichloroethylene to remove the oil, moisture, and oxide scale.
This product has a special fan motor that is designed for low power consumption, large air volume, low noise, and a long range, ensuring normal operation even in humid and low temperature conditions.
A U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube that has strong insulation is used. It is inserted into the coil with reasonable spacing distribution and power design to reduce defrosting time and improve effectiveness.
A slot-type hanger is included to facilitate easy lifting of the product.
All items are nitrogen-filled and pressure-maintained before leaving the factory.

On the other hand, the DD type is more appropriate for cold storage with a storage temperature of around -18℃. This type is mainly used for freezing foods such as meat and fish, keeping them fresh for longer periods.
Lastly, the DJ type of refrigeration system is perfect for cold storage with a storage temperature of -25℃. This type is specifically designed for quick freezing of meat products, fresh fish or prepared foods, preserving the quality of the items and extending their shelf life.
