Introduction
Cable Tray making machine line is commonly used for cable management in commercial and industrial construction. This roll former could produce different types of cable trays with web size 100-600mm, height 50-100mm, such as, Solid bottom cable tray, Trough cable tray, Channel cable tray, Perforated cable tray, Non perforated cable tray and Trunking cable tray etc. The profile is with different raw materials such as, hot-dip galvanized steel, pre-galvanized steel, hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Normally Thickness range of material is from 0.6mm to 1.2mm or 1.0mm - 2.0 mm, even uptp 2.5mm. You could set up 10 different lengths for cable tray. Our roll forming machine could produce wide range of sizes, and automatically change by motors from one size to the other not only at width but also at height. The only step is put your required data into our touch screen and wait for few seconds. And other wise innovation is that one machine could make cable trays and covers of corresponding size. Change time is only 30 minutes, easy to operate, low-cost and save area. We have experience of exporting our cable tray roll formers to Argentina, Russia, Australia etc.
