Characteristics of Drawer Slide Rail Roll Forming Machine
1. Frame: the main beam is made of national standard section steel, reinforced in the middle, welded as a whole, and the installation surface is processed by stress relief and gantry milling; the welding material is high-grade flux cored gas shielded welding wire (only one in the same industry at present), and the structural strength and other mechanical properties of the frame meet the standards of marine components.
2. Archway: the archway is made of ball milled cast iron by integral casting and finish machining, instead of gray cast iron casting.
3. Number of archways: about 16 groups (including modeling and renovation).
4. Forming roll: GCr15 bearing steel forging, salt bath furnace quenching, hardness up to HRC58-62 °.
5. Shaft: material 40Cr, diameter £ 95mm, tempered hb250-280, fine turning.
6. Main motor and reducer: main motor 55.0kw, AC motor; reducer k157 (or similar)
7. Transmission mode: motor + reducer + gear distribution box.
8. Gearbox model: gy200 (according to national standard)
9. Rolling speed: 0-12m / min (adjustable)
