Thermal processing
Thermal processing temperature range of 1200 ℃ ~ 950 ℃, cooling water-cooled or air-cooled fast.
In order to ensure the best performance of anti-corrosion, thermal processing should be subjected to heat treatment, the workpiece should be added directly been warming
Heat-treating furnace.
Cold working process
Work hardening rate than austenitic stainless steel, so the need for processing equipment selection. Workpiece should be solution heat treatment state, there should be intermediate annealing and cold rolling process.
2. Cold deformation is greater than 15%, is required on the workpiece for the second solution treatment.
Welding process
