ColdLink chiller room consists of cold room panel (PU sandwich panel 50/100/120mm thickness), cold room door(Hinged door or Sliding door), condensing unit, evaporator (air cooler),temperature controller, copper pipe, expansion valve and other refrigeration parts.
Cold room applications
Cold room is widely used in food industry, medical industry, and other related industries. In food industry, cold room is usually used in food process factory, slaughterhouse, fruit and vegetable warehouse,supermarket,hotel, restaurant, etc. In medical industry, cold room is usually used in hospital, pharmaceutical factory, blood center, gene center, etc. Other related industries, such as chemical factory, laboratory, logistics center, they also need cold room.
Cold room panel
We use fluoride-free material, it is more environment-friendly. Our cold room panels can reach fireproof level B2.
Polyurethane panel is foamed by high pressure with density of 38-42 kg/m3. So the thermal insulation will be good.
Cold room door
We have different types of cold room door, such as hinged door, sliding door, free door and other types of doors according to your requirement.
Condensing unit
We use the world famous compressor like German , American Emerson, etc.
It is easy to operate the automatic high-precision digital controller with high efficiency.

Design principle
1. What is the application of the chiller room? It will affect the temperature of chiller room needed to be, and the choice of thickness of pu panel and material covered on panel. 2. What is the size of the chiller room? It will affect the choice of condensing unit and air cooler, basing on the chiller room temperature. 3. Which country will the cold room be located in? How about the climate? It will affect the choice of voltage and condenser, if the temperature is high all the year, we need to choose condenser with bigger evaporation area.
A:Both our sales and engineers can provide 24 hours online support. Panels are supplied with installation drawings. Installation manuals and electrical diagrams are included with the cooling system. Accessories support is available for all of our products.
Q:Can you send an engineer to the site to install?
A:At present, due to the epidemic, the cost of our engineers going abroad is too high. Returning from abroad requires up to 14 days of quarantine. We recommend that it is more cost effective to find a refrigeration engineer locally. We can provide full online technical support.
Q:Is the condensing unit noisy?
A:We have very quiet options, scroll compressors and rotary inverter compressors are very quiet. It is very suitable for cold storage such as supermarkets and beer houses.
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:Usually for units we need 35 days to produce. If it is a special voltage of 60hz, the production time needs to be extended by 5-10 days. Panels and other things usually we need 7-20 days depends on amount.
