Winding machine tensioner.

Tensioners are one of the vital parts of a coil winding process.

They are used to ensure wire tension consistency during the winding process.By using a tensioner, the wire tension can be adjusted to the required tension accordingly, so as to achieve appropriate winding conditions and conformity of each coil's technical parameters.

Description

The MTQ models use a pneumatic cylinder to control the tension bar spring. This is a benefit when working on CNC winding machines where you want to de-tension the wire during terminal wrapping or pull the wire tight for reverse movements.

The various models cover a small range of tension values to give fine control of tension adjustment for more accurate setting.

MTQ series come with a tension release mechanism to assist in special operations such as wire hooking etc.All MTQ series enable back tension adjustment & also feature wire breakage detection switches.

Tensioner test conditions :

Wire speed is 10M/S, instant start, stop the continuous line, stable tension in the positive 

and negative 1%g.

Use matters needing attention:

1) If long tiem without using ,when the damping wheel jitter ,before starting please turning to degaussing process,first clockwise and then counterclockwise to adjust the maximum immediately to complete the degaussing

2) Adjust the tension knob (clockwise rotation tension increases, otherwise tension reduction), when working need use tension meter to measure the exact tension of the enameled wire, according to the need to adjust the tension adjustment knob, and note the corresponding knob scale value, easy to debug other product;

3) Adjust the anti-tensionadjustment knob, the knob is used to control the tension bar at work when the correct location, that is, the shell on the two red mark between the lines, while note down the corresponding anti-tension scale value of the cursor to facilitate debugging other products;

4) in the work process allows only by minor tension, prohibited by a small flat. When the tension required by the major hours must be adjusted in a stop state, so as to avoid breakage .

5) When winding,there are three reasons if the enameled wire jumper or not tight tightening :

A. Tension and anti-tension values do not match;

B. woolfelt is not tight enough, or wool felt dirty slippery;

C. Damping Wheel O-ring wear or dirty slippery;

6)The disconnection detection device switch is connected to both ends by default (not connected in the middle); when the normal work with conducting state and disconnection alarm for the off state
