The steel wire packing machine is mainly applied to exterior wrapping. Safe and easy operation and maintenance. The packing machine can be custom designed according to different requirement. In order to have a good wrapping effect, there are various wrapping materials can be chose, such as woven belt, compound paper tape, stretch film, etc. Through the wrapping, the objects will be well protected and sealed, and be kept in a good condition.

1. Well-known brands adopted for the main components of the steel wire packing machine.

3. PLC program and man-machine touchscreen.Input the product outside diameter, inside diameter, width, and correction parameters, PLC will automatically calculate the length of packing tape needed.
4. Automatic loading trolley for heavy steel coil loading and offloading.
5. Independent electrical cabinet for easy operation and maintenance.
6. The overlap degree and tightness of packaging tape can be adjusted based on needs.
7. Turning ring height can be adjusted in order to adapt to the different size of the product.
8. The wrapping tape is cut automatically by program calculation.
9. The rollers are wrapped by Polyurethane to protect the steel coil surface.
