1. With automatic vertical k-cup denester loading system or with horizontal k-cup feeding system that will be using servo driving system or swing cylinder system.

2. With photoelectric sensor detection function, if no cups, then the following stations will not take action.

3. With optional UV sterilization lamp to make the production meet FDA standard.

4. With optional Anti-static device to remove statics that coming with the fresh coffee powder.

5. With automatic coffee powder feeding system, such as vacuum feeding system or screw auger feeding system at customer's choice.

6. With Nitrogen flushing function from the capsule loading staiton to the sealing station; also with Nitrogen flushing into the auger hopper;

7. With Servo driven auger filling system, which ensures the pretty good filling accuracy.

8. With mixing motor to flat the powder level and ensures the good filling accuracy.

Additional Options:

1. Remote Controller: if any program system errors when running the machine at customer's plant, we can modify the program at our factory remotely.

2. Flavor adding device:This is a small liquid pump, we can drip a little bit in the capsules, which can change the taste of coffee easily.

3. Auger Powder Feeder: this is used to convey the coffee powder to the small auger hopper. Or, we can use vacuum powder feeder.

4. Automatic sorter machine: this machine is used to sorting and feeding the empty capsules automatically.
