GYTS cable complies with Standard YD/T 901-2001as well as IEC 60794-1.
Description:
The fibers, 250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The PSP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. The cable is completed with a PE sheath.

KT3007 GYTS Stranded Loose Tube Fiber Cable with PE Sheath for Outdoor Application
Description & Standards: The KT3007 GYTS fiber optic cable is designed for outdoor applications, offering durability and protection in challenging environments. The fibers, 250μm, are housed in loose tubes made from high-modulus plastic and filled with water-resistant compounds. A steel wire, occasionally sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for higher fiber counts, acts as the central metallic strength member. Loose tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the central core to form a compact structure, reinforced with PSP (Polyethylene Steel Plastic) to prevent water ingress. The outer PE sheath ensures additional protection against ultraviolet (UV) radiation and mechanical stress. This cable adheres to YD/T 901-2001 and IEC 60794-1 standards.
