This production line is specially designed for the surface spraying of gun cabinet metal products, integrating pretreatment, spraying and curing processes in one, adapting to the line operation, with a standard production capacity of 200-300 pieces/day (calculated by 1.5×1m gun cabinet). Technical advantages: Uniformity of film thickness: plane area ≤±5μm, edge part ≥15μm Coating adhesion: Grid test Grade 0 (ASTM D3359) VOC emission: < 20mg/m³ (according to GB 37822-2019)

1. Pre-treatment system
• Nine-channel cleaning line: including degreasing, washing, phosphating and other processes, equipped with constant temperature heating device (temperature control accuracy ±2℃) • Tunnel drying furnace: stainless steel inner structure, hot air circulation system (working temperature 80-120℃)
Automatic spraying system
2, high voltage electrostatic spray gun group
Atomization pressure: 0.3-0.6MPa adjustable paint utilization rate ≥85%
3, the six-axis spraying robot repeated positioning accuracy ±0.05mm maximum extension radius 1600mm equipped with 3D visual positioning system
4, curing equipment
Infrared catalytic combustion hot air furnace temperature zone division: preheating (80-100℃)/curing (160-180℃)/cooling (40-60℃) waste gas treatment efficiency ≥98%
5. Auxiliary system
Suspension conveyor chain: frequency control (0.5-3m/min)
Powder room: high air cleanliness
Powder recovery device: two-stage cyclone + filter element recovery system
