The direct drying path of lighting facilities is specially designed for curing powder coating of metal shell of street lamp, industrial and mining lamp, landscape lamp, etc. Through continuous high temperature baking, the coating forms a dense protective film, which has the functions of anti-corrosion, weather resistance and beauty. Equipment support multi-size lamps integrated processing , compatible with epoxy, polyester and other powder types, meet the outdoor lighting equipment GB 7000.1, IEC 60598 and other standards. Process for feeding , preheating zone (80-120 ℃) to electrostatic spraying , curing area (180-220 ℃) , slow cooling zone , forced air-cooled , . Safety & compliance Protection against overheating: Independent overtemperature alarm + mechanical pressure relief valve. Comply with NFPA 86 Class A oven safety standard, explosion-proof class ExdⅡBT4. The coating passes QUV 2000 hour aging test (ASTM G154).
1. Core equipment composition and function
1, straight through baking structure
box design : segment modular structure (single section length 2-5m, can be spliced to 30m), suitable for long pole street lamp (≤12m). The inner wall of the heating box is made of 310S stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature oxidation (long-term use temperature ≤300℃).
2, heating system : electric heating/gas heating dual mode, accurate temperature control (±2℃). Hot air circulation system (wind speed 0.5-3m/s adjustable) to ensure temperature uniformity ≤5℃ temperature difference.
3, intelligent conveying system
high temperature resistant mesh belt + suspension chain dual mode : mesh belt bearing capacity ≤500kg/m² (suitable for small lamp tray carrier).
Load-bearing capacity of suspension chain ≤2 tons (suitable for road light pole hoisting). Variable frequency speed regulation : 0.5-5m/min stepless speed change, matching spraying line beats.
4, energy saving and environmental protection system
waste heat recovery device : using flue gas waste heat to preheat fresh air, energy saving rate ≥25%. exhaust gas treatment unit : activated carbon adsorption, VOCs emission ≤30mg/m³ (in line with GB 16297).
5, intelligent monitoring system
temperature control module : multi-point thermocouple real-time monitoring, over temperature automatically cut off heating. Internet of Things platform : Support remote diagnosis, energy consumption analysis and production report generation.
