The typical process of spray cleaning machine is: degreasing, washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, passivation, washing, pure water washing.
The structure characteristics of the pre-treatment production line are: the spray pipe of each process of the pre-treatment production line is arranged in the tunnel, and the spray is provided by the pump of each liquid tank. Each process is separated by door panels to prevent fluid channeling. The heating form of each heating liquid tank is inside the tank and outside the tank. The inner heater has row tube, snake tube, corrugated plate, etc.; The outer heater has plate heater and so on. The heating medium is hot water, steam, liquefied gas or natural gas. The degreasing and phosphating processes are respectively equipped with oil removal systems and slag removal systems. In order to prevent steam from overflowing at the top of each heating section of the tunnel and at the door opening, exhaust fans are provided at the top of the tunnel.
The pretreatment equipment includes three parts: degreasing (oil removal), rust removal and phosphating. Phosphating is the central link, oil removal and rust removal is the preparation process before phosphating, so in the production practice, we should not only take the phosphating work as the focus, but also start from the requirements of phosphating quality, do a good job of oil removal and rust removal, especially pay attention to the mutual influence between them.
