During powder spraying, the unpowdered powder inside the chamber will form a certain negative wind speed (wind speed between 0.4 and 0.5m/s) in the dusting chamber under the forced action of the induced draft fan. The workpiece is placed in the flow level with a certain wind speed, so that the powder is not powdered into the recovery system, through the rotation of the cyclone separation, so that the relatively thick powder settlement to the bottom of the recovery powder barrel, through the low recovery powder pump, into the vibration screen for screening treatment, the powder after screening into the main supply powder barrel for secondary spraying.
The fine powder enters the secondary recovery through the tuyere at the top of the cyclone, and is separated through the filtration of the filter element. The clean air is discharged to the operating workshop or into the atmosphere. The powder enters the secondary recovery powder barrel at the lower part through the oscillation and backblowing of the rotating wing. This not only improves the working environment, but also ensures the quality of the coating.
The powder spraying equipment should have the functions of ventilation, lighting, recovery and dust treatment. The equipment is mainly composed of chamber system, air extraction system, powder supply system, explosion-proof lighting system, recycling device, spray gun and electric control system.
The whole chamber body bears the weight of the chamber body itself, the workpiece and the suspension chain, bears the additional force caused by the wind pressure imbalance when the equipment is started, and facilitates the arrangement of the light box. The rational and effective design is adopted in the design of the chamber structure to achieve the optimal structure. The chamber body is made of 6-10nnPP plate. At the same time, the bottom of the spray room adopts the pulse air flow bottom cleaning and engineering plastic flap to ensure the best air flow
The top and side of the chamber body are provided with lighting devices, and the lighting is explosion-proof. The whole lighting system is reasonably installed, safe, energy-saving and easy to maintain, so as to ensure that the indoor light intensity is greater than 500lux.
