Products Introduction

Color coated sheet coil is a versatile product made from various substrates, including hot rolled, galvanized, aluminum-zinc plated, cold rolled, tinned, and stainless steel substrates. The production process begins with thorough surface pretreatment, which includes degreasing and chemical treatment to ensure optimal adhesion and longevity of the coating.

Using a roller coating method, one or more layers of liquid paint are applied to the pretreated substrate. These layers are then baked and cooled, resulting in a durable, coated steel sheet. This process transforms the base material into high-quality color coated coils.

These color coated coils are primarily used in the construction industry for applications such as building roofs, walls, and steel structure plants. They are also widely employed in the manufacturing of home appliances, purification and clean plants, and other industrial fields. The product’s versatility makes it suitable for a variety of uses, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional durability.

Commonly used specifications for color coated sheet coils range in thickness from 0.2mm to 1.0mm. The typical domestic widths are 1000mm and 1200mm, while the main export dimensions include 940mm, 1200mm, 1219mm, and 1250mm. These variations in size cater to different market needs and application requirements, providing flexibility for diverse project specifications.

Coating Structures:

Type of coating structure

2/1: Coat upper surface twice, lower surface once, bake twice.

2/1M: Coat upper and lower surfaces twice, bake once.

2/2: Top and bottom surfaces are coated twice each and baked twice.

Usage of different coating structures:

2/1: The corrosion resistance and scratch resistance of single layer back coating is poor, but it has good adhesion, mainly used for sandwich panels.

It is mainly used for sandwich panels;

2/1M: backcoat with good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and moulding properties, good adhesion, suitable for single-layer compression moulding panels.

2/1M: good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and moulding properties, good adhesion, suitable for single-layer pressboards and sandwich panels.

2/2: double-layer backing paint with good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processability, mostly used for single-layer pressboards, but with good adhesion.

Most of them are used for single-layer moulding board, but its adhesion is not good, and it is not suitable for sandwich board.

Matt Textured Colour Coated Steel Sheet

Matt Textured colour coated steel plate is a hot-dip galvanized alloy steel plate as a substrate, after the surface of continuous roller coating production method, the use of adding special additives to the coil topcoat, after baking to produce like a fishing net-like pattern effect, can be professionally customized according to the customer's requirements of a variety of different sizes, different depths and shades of different colours of the texture pattern.
