Galvalume Steel Coil(55% Aluminium-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel Coil)
The aluminum-zinc steel coating consists of about 55% aluminum, about 43.5% zinc and about 1.5% silicon. Compared with traditional galvanized products, it has superior corrosion resistance, heat resistance, heat reflectivity, etc. Zinc spangle on the surface of Galvalume The spangle on the surface of Alu-zinc is small and uniform, with bright colors and high surface hardness. It can be plated with various colors of anti-fingerprint semi-transparent film, which is widely used in household appliances, construction, structure, electrical and other fields.
Product Advantages
1) Corrosion resistance: As the Alu-zinc wears away, the aluminum forms a dense alumina layer that prevents corrosion of internal corrosive materials.
2) Heat resistance: Aluminum-zinc alloy steels have excellent heat resistance and can withstand temperatures of 300°C or higher.
3) Heat reflectivity: The heat reflectivity of Al-Zn steel sheet is very high, twice that of galvanized steel sheet.
4) Economic benefit: Since the density of 55% AL-Zn is lower than that of Zn, for the same weight and the same thickness of gold clad layer, Aluminum-Zinc clad steel sheet is more than 3% larger than the surface area of clad steel sheet.
