AZ120 GL 55% Aluzinc Steel Coil
55% alu-zinc steel plate: the coating consists of 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, the corrosion resistance is 2-6 times of galvanised sheet, characterised by high-temperature corrosion resistance, smooth surface, good appearance, but the plating of the molding and weldability is slightly worse.
5% aluminium-zinc steel plate: plated with 5% aluminium, 0.1% mixed rare earth elements, the rest is zinc, corrosion resistance is galvanised sheet 2-3 times, characterized by the plating of the formation is very good, with good coating and welding performance, but the surface is not as bright as high alumina steel plate, fine, so rarely used bare.
Corrosion Resistance: The zinc component is chemically active, forming a thin, dense layer of alkaline zinc carbonate on the surface when exposed to air at room temperature. This layer prevents further oxidation. Similarly, aluminium forms a layer of insoluble oxides, providing additional barrier protection against corrosion.
Heat Resistance: Aluminium-zinc coated sheets can withstand high temperatures up to 315 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for use in high-temperature environments.
Reflectivity: These sheets have excellent reflectivity, with a heat reflectivity almost twice that of galvanized steel. This makes them ideal for steel metal roofs, contributing to significant energy savings by reflecting more heat.
Ease of Painting: The adhesion between the aluminium-zinc coating and paint is excellent, allowing these sheets to be painted easily without the need for pre-treatment or weathering. This makes them suitable for a variety of applications, including advertising boards and general-purpose boards.
Coating Adhesion: The aluminium-zinc coating adheres well to the steel substrate, eliminating the need for pre-treatment before application in many cases. This property enhances its usability in various applications, ensuring long-lasting performance and durability.

They can be directly processed and are available in a variety of colours such as grey, white, sea blue, and brick red. These attributes make them suitable for a wide range of applications, including:
