Color coated coil(PPGI/PPGL) Advantage: Characteristics: Weatherproof; heating insulation; fireproof; anti-rust; sound insulation; long life span: more than 25 years. Corrosion Resistance: PPGI/PPGL:In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the hot-dip galvanized/galvalume color-coated steel protects against rust and has a longer service life than hot-dip galvanized /galvalume sheet.the aluzinc coating surface protects the base steel not only by providing a barrier to corrosion elements but also by the sacrificial nature of the coating. PPGI/PPGL often remains in working order with little maintenance for 25 years or more. The coating thickness is generally 5UM epoxy resin primer + 20UM HDP polyester top coat on the front side, and 5UM epoxy resin primer + 6UMPE resin top coat on the reverse side.HDP high weathering colour coated sheet rolls can be provided with a 15-year quality assurance certificate to ensure that the coating does not fall off, no chalking, cracking, and no fading within 15 years.
