Applications:
The work piece can be thin decorative veneer already pressed on multi-plywood, MDF/ HDF, particle board/ shaving board, blockboard/ core-board, wooden panel, or wood plastic composite materials, etc.

Functions:
This One-side Fast Speed Feeding Polishing Sander is mainly used for finishing polishing. There is NO calibration function, because the contact sanding roller is soft rubber one, not steel one.

Sanding Paper Suggestion:
For polishing, we suggest you use smooth sanding paper, e.g., 150 grit sanding paper for 1st contact polishing roller, 180 grit sanding paper for 2nd contact polishing roller, and 320 grit sanding paper for 3rd polishing unit. Coarse sanding paper is not suggested.

• Veneer polishing sander with electronic pneumatic abrasive belt oscillation system to control the abrasive belt move safely and stably around the contact roller.
• Veneer polishing sander with electronic pneumatic abrasive belt tension system to make the belt work within a safe tension.
• Veneer polishing sander with protection against the sanding belt running off.
• Veneer polishing sander with automatic brake device on the sanding unit.
• There is a brush roller system at the back of the plywood polishing sander for cleaning dust of work piece.
• The main motors are at one side of the polishing sanding machine, which is convenient for adjustment and maintenance.
