1. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.
2. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 20,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice.
3. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items,we can send immediately.Af for shipping charge,if you are new customer for our company,only provide us fedex,dhl or tnt or ups account number for freight collect.If You are our old customer,we can send free samples exclude the certain items.If you want special decoration or printing at package bottles,we can fast making samples in 7days based at reasonable sample charges.
4.If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
