1. This CNC router is widely used for cutting, engraving and drilling materials within dimension 4’X8′ such as MDF, Acrylic, PVC,Wood and Glass. If adding the 4 axis rotary setting, it can also engrave cylindrical parts, like column artwork.
2. The table structure is black PVC vacuum table and T-Slots, 6 working zones, controlled by manual valve, be easier to fix different size panel firmly, which can guarantee the working accuracy.
3. The CNC router controller of the machine is DSP A11, which is very easy to be operated and can match many kinds of software, such as type3, Alpha CAM and UcanCAM.
4. Application: advertising industry, musical instrument, such as 3D surface cutting, engraving.
Highlights
1. It can be used as a milling machine and punching machine without any interference. The cutting limit speed can reach 15m, which is superior to similar equipment, and the daily production of batch cutting can reach 400-600 square meters.
2. V-groove can be slotted in any shape and angle, including arc groove. The utility model solves the problem that the general slotting machine can only cut straight-line slots, and the unique floating cutter head patent technology of huidiao ensures that the slotting depth is uniform and the slotting precision is high when the aluminum plate surface is uneven and the aluminum cutting surface is not cleaned.
