Gearbox Housing is a device used to install the Housing structure of the Transmission mechanism and its accessories. It can be manufactured by CNC engraving, Sand Casting, transparent acrylic(PMMA/PC) 3D Printing.
1. Gear processing process
According to different structural requirements, the main process of gear parts processing is forging billet → normalizing → finishing → gear shaper → chamfering → gear hobbing → shaving → (welding) → heat treatment → grinding → trimming.
After heating, the teeth are generally no longer processed, except for the main reducing and slave teeth or the parts that the customer requires to grind the teeth.
2. Shaft process flow
Input shaft: forging billet → normalizing → finishing machining → rolling gear → drilling → gear shaper → chamfering Angle → gear hobbing → shaving gear → Heat treatment → grinding process → trimming on the rodding.
Output shaft: forging billet → normalizing → finishing machining → rolling gear hobbing → shaving gear → Heat treatment → grinding process → trimming on the rodding.
