Therefore, excessive wear may result in work failure and shift. This is one of the more dangerous failures, such as electric vehicles heavy uphill, driving if there is a shift failure, the electric vehicle can slow down, when the driver takes the brake, the electric vehicle taxi, it is easy to slide to the side of the road into the ditch and overturn.
Transmission jump gear is manifested as: transmission gear or gear sleeve wear excessive, grinding into a cone along the tooth length direction; The groove of the fork shaft and the positioning ball are worn, and the positioning spring is too soft or broken, so that the self-locking device fails; Transmission shaft and bearing wear loose or axial clearance is too large, so that the gear mesh is not good when the shaft rotates, jumping and axial movement; The control mechanism is loose and loose, so that the gear is not meshed enough at the tooth length position. When the electric vehicle is driving, the inner bearings of the transmission or the gears and gear sleeves are seriously worn loose; The splines of the second shaft and the sliding gear wear too much and are loose. The second shaft and intermediate shaft stop ring is broken or loose, causing the gear to move forward and back; Electric vehicle transmission fork bending or fork end face excessive wear; The positioning groove seat on the fork shaft is worn, the guide block groove is worn out, and the positioning spring of the variable speed fork shaft is too weak or broken; Synchronizer lock pin loose, loose or sliding sleeve length is seriously abraded; Transmission housing bearing hole center line is different, etc., will cause the automatic jump back to neutral position.
