Oil pump for gearbox is a kind of light and compact pump, there are three categories of in-line type, distribution type and single type. The oil pump must have a power source to operate, and the camshaft under it is driven by the engine crankshaft gear.
The oil pump is provided with an enclosure made of an aluminum-containing material and a moving mold arranged in the enclosure, wherein the moving mold is made, at least in part, of a sintable material comprising at least one austenitic iron-based alloy. The molded part, which is made of a sintable material, has a coefficient of thermal expansion of at least 60% of the coefficient of thermal expansion of the housing.
