1. The copper/brass we can provide:

    i) Brass: HPb63, HPb62, HPb61, HPb59, H59, H68, H80, H90 and so on.

    ii) Copper: C11000, C12000, C36000 and so on.

2. Finish: polishing etc.

3. Surface treatment: Zinc plating, Nickle plating, chrome plating, silver plating, gild.

4. Tolerance: Usually, the tolerance we can control is±0.02~±0.1mm.

5. Weld: i) argon-arc welding for common welding

              ii) laser welding for welding.

6. Other service: CNC engraving and laser print pattern.

7. Packing: Usually, there are paper, EPE foam, poly bag or pp bag for rolling up products and standard carton boxes or wooden boxes for final packing. We also can pack and ship according to customer's requirements.

-- Steel: Zinc plating, Oxide black, Nickel plating, Chrome plating, Carburized, Powder Coated, Heat treatment.

-- Brass: Nickel plating, chrome plating, Electrophoresis Black, Oxide black, Powder Coated.

-- Plastic: Plating Gold (ABS), Painting, Brushing (Acrylic), Laser Engraving.

Q: Whether small/big order is allowed in your company?
Yes, welcome.

Q: Can I get a sample for check?
Yes, but single sample will charge fee. For batch production we will provide free CNC Machining Parts sample for check before mass production, but you are expected to pay the freight.

Q: What if I want a custom part but I can't draw?

We can also offer design service as long as you tell us all your requires.

Q: I want to keep our design in secret,can we sign NDA?

Payment with paypal, 100% in advance. Payment with T/T, 50% in advance, balance before shippment.
