| Production Line: | As an old saying goes, “Sharpening the axe will not interfere with the cutting of firewood”. Tuofa believe that the best CNC machining services are based on serious attitudes and good design strategies. For the final geometric model, experienced CAD engineers verify the accuracy of the drawings and feasible solutions in advance, determine the process route, A, B level surface and key dimensional tolerances. After programing the process index on the drawing into the CNC center, the blank will be cut into special parts by subtraction.
A standard CNC machining center is a high-efficiency automated machine tool composed of mechanical equipment and computer numerical control systems.
CNC machining services also obey the rules of machining cutting. During the rough stock into products, the skilled machinists will select the appropriate machine, cutters and jigs according to characteristics of the finished products. Automated high-speed milling machines will complete the process from metal or plastic materials to parts.
The engineers of our team compile the program list in the form of the specified CNC code (G code or M code) and input the movement amount, speed and sequence of actions of tools and components, spindle speed and rotation direction, tool bit clamping and unclamping, and other operations into the mahine computuer. |
