Description
The bushing is a matching part used outside the mechanical parts to achieve the functions of sealing, wear protection, etc. It refers to the ring sleeve that functions as a gasket. In the field of valve applications, the bushing is inside the valve cover, and corrosion-resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene or graphite are generally used for sealing.
During stress relief annealing, the metal undergoes internal local plastic deformation (when the stress exceeds the yield strength of the material at this temperature) or a local relaxation process (when the stress is less than the yield strength of the material at this temperature) under a certain temperature. The residual stress is relaxed to achieve the purpose of elimination.
Annealing is a metal heat treatment process, which refers to slowly heating the metal to a certain temperature, keeping it for a sufficient time, and then cooling it at an appropriate speed. Stress-relief annealing is to heat the workpiece to an appropriate temperature below Ac1 (for non-alloy steel at 500~600℃), and the heat treatment process of heat preservation followed by furnace cooling is called stress-relief annealing.
The stress-relief heating temperature is low, and there is no organizational transformation during the annealing process. It is mainly suitable for blank parts and parts after cutting. The purpose is to eliminate residual stress in the blank and parts, stabilize the size and shape of the workpiece, and reduce the cutting and Deformation and crack tendency during use.
