After chemical reaction, electrochemical reaction and plasma action, a composite coating with little or no pores is formed on the surface of the titanium alloy substrate. The coating appears black. It has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and radiation characteristics, as well as good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating preparation method also has the characteristics of environmental protection and short process time.
