Titanium alloy is an alloy material with high strength, low density, excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile, medical, chemical and other fields. Titanium alloy parts have the following characteristics:

High temperature resistance: Titanium alloy can still maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures, and its use temperature can reach above 550°C, which is suitable for some high temperature environments.

Good low temperature performance: Titanium alloy still maintains good toughness at low temperatures, and will not appear cold brittle phenomenon, which is suitable for low temperature engineering.

Biocompatibility: Titanium alloy has good compatibility with the human body and is not easy to cause rejection reaction, so it is widely used in the manufacture of medical implants such as artificial bones and teeth.
Weldability: Titanium alloys can be connected by welding, but the welding process needs to be strictly controlled to prevent welding defects and oxidation.
