Aluminum parts after CNC processing are usually surface treated to improve their appearance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance or other functional requirements. The following are some common surface treatment methods for aluminum parts:

Anodizing:
It is an electrolytic treatment process that improves corrosion resistance and wear resistance by forming a layer of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) film on the surface of aluminum parts.
It can provide different colors and textures, with good decorative effects.
Common types of anodizing include ordinary anodizing, hard anodizing and color anodizing.
 

Electroplating:

The surface of aluminum parts is ground with a polishing wheel and polishing paste to obtain a smooth and bright surface.
Polishing can improve the decorative and optical properties of parts.
 

Passivation:
A dense oxide film is formed on the surface of aluminum parts to improve its corrosion resistance.

Chemical conversion treatment:
