Both ends of the ball screw are fixed and pre-stretched, and also directly connected with the servo motor by the coupling, which can provide high precision and long time working life span. And the positioning precision is also guaranteed by this high transmision rigidity structure. Low noise and vibration is also guaranteed by this rigid structure.
This CNC Horizontal Machine has one piece oil-water separation system which can make the lubricant and coolant flowing back separately and avoid preventing the coolant from being polluted.
High-rigidity Horizontal CNC Machine Technical Service:
We are responsible for providing free installation and testing in buyer's factory and doing local training for operator and mechanic. But buyer should bear cost of flight ticket, foot and hotel. All the parameter adjustment will be taught to loacal operator and mechanic. And we also provide softwear technology consulting service.
We provide 12 months guarantee after sucessful testing and running. Any damage caused by the quality, we will be fully responsible and offer the spare parts for free.
