Taesin CNC Tapping Machine is built for for clamping at a time for complex parts such as plate, shell, cam, mold etc, completing drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, tapping and other process, which is suitable for multispecies, small batch production, especially for the processing of high precision parts.
Taesin CNC Tapping Machine is made by the advanced resin sand casting material, internal stress eliminated by special method. With the exquisite design, the bed has the excellent performance for machining and accuracy requirements.
Taesin CNC Tapping Machine use the linear guide for X/Y/Z axises, made by the advanced resin sand casting material, load ability improved;
Taesin CNC Tapping Machine's High accuracy and high quality ball screw is adopted to make sure the positional accuracy in cnc milling
CNC Tapping Machine uses high quality motor make sure that the milling perform well at high or low speed and light or heavy cutting(3.75/5.5Kw);
Servo motors are directly coupled with ballscrews, which guarantees the transmission precision and torque. Ballscrews are pretensioned to eliminate transmission backlash and precomensates error from heat growth.
The heat exchanger is installed in electricity cabinet to guarantee the stable of system. Coiler is equipped out side, it is heat, oil and water-resistant; The automatic Centralized Lubrication System can provide timely and accuracy lubrication according to the lathe situation to make sure the machine can work continuously.
