Chips can be easily and effectively removed away from the working table by the coolant system and flush. Spiral chip augers in the front and rear of the worktable quickly and efficiently get the chips and coolant out from the cutting zone to the conveyor.
The “In-house” structure with the splash guard window can prevent the coolant and flying chips from going outside of the machine during the manufacturing process, which also provide perfect visibility of the whole workzone. The splash guard doors are designed wider than the X Axis for ensuring the full-size workpieces can be inspected, which is also convenient for easy loading of large and heavy workpieces.
Taesin Precision CNC Machining Center has a quick-change tool holder, about 2.0 seconds tool change, absolutely automatic.
