The design insures facilitates optimized leveling, uniform loading on the leveling pads, less deviation in loading, better support to the structure, enhanced straightness and accuracy, more stability during motion as well as providing smooth, quick, stable axis motion.
Precision CNC Machining Center's ribbed column ensures the strength, rigidity and stability for vibration-free and chatter-free heavy cutting. Column has wide bottom, compatible with the bed, ensures stiffness, rigidity and dynamic stability for the Z-axis move. Similarly, the saddle and table are heavily reinforced to provide stability, support and precise tracking throughout the workzone for the heavy cutting.
