Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine is equipped with completely sealed machining house which can prevent the chips and coolant from going outside and reduce the noise. Moreover the X/Y/Z specially-designed cover can protect the internal structure (ball screw and guide way) from the chips and cutting oil or gas.
For strengthening structure design, improve the rib configuration, casting design and rigidity of the machine. Machine castings use high-quality-and-stability with Germany-standard Meehannite Cast Iron and digitizing formula to ensure the quality of castings. Castings is also analyzed by FEM standard.
Core components are all from Germany, Japan, or Taiwan to ensure the long-term stability and durability.
X/Y axis: Taiwan high rigidity Class-P precision linear guide way;
Z axis: Box way structure with strong anti-vibration performance with super wide guide way with strong anti-vibration performance; To ensure the traverse speed and precision of low-speed heavy cut and high-speed finishing cut;
Tool Magazine: BT40/20T
Wider and thicker saddle improve the ability to do heavy cutting and processing.
