Steel Melting and wax losting.
Steel melting is a important process of the casting, during steel melting, we have strict control over raw material, chemical composition and the temperature to make sure to meet the mechnical requirement of the customers.
The pattern needs to be put into the furnace to melt the wax to get the shap of the casting.
Shell making
The shell making is long process, after the wax is made out, each wax pattern needs to be put on the pouring system tree, when the tree of wax pattern are ready, dip the tree into the first resistat material. Several level needs to put on the wax pattern. First need to be very smooth to make sure the surface of the casting smooth. Then the other levels can be rough to make sure the shell strong enough. The followling work should be made after the last level dry enough. So usually the process needs take 6-8 days.
