Manual Feeding Semi Automatic Pipe Cutting Machine With Oil Pressure Controller
Introduction:
The machine can be divided into manual type and pneumatic type. The manual type machine uses a European high-strength machine head, equipped with a high-efficiency worm gear and worm gear drive, so that the aluminum cutting rate is high, no noise and no flash. The feed is manual, the head can be rotated 45° to the left and right, the angle is clearly marked, and the 45°-90-45° column is added to make the adjustment easier. It is equipped with manual two-way clamp and automatic cooling system.
Metal circular saw is a hydraulic type machine. The vertical slide way advances and retracts the knife, the feed structure is firm, the movement is accurate, and the floated seat is not damaged.
The reason why the cutting accuracy of metal circular sawing machines is higher than that of band sawing machines is that circular saw blades are used in metal circular sawing machines, while band sawing machines are used in band sawing machines. There is no swinging when sawing circular saw blades, and the stability is high. When the band saw blade swings, the surface is not smooth even after cutting.

Using human-machine interface, only the operator enters the specifications of the material, the number of processing parameters, etc., the system will automatically adjust the saw blade's blade rotation speed, feed amount per tooth (cut-off speed) and other complex parameters according to the input parameters. In order to provide operators the easiest way to operate.
