Product Description:

1.Aluminum AL5052
Characteristics: AL5052 is a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy with good formability, used in marine environments and automotive applications due to its excellent weldability and resistance to saltwater.
Maintenance: Regular cleaning is recommended to avoid surface corrosion, especially in salty or humid environments. Protective coatings may be applied to enhance longevity.
2. Aluminum AL6061
Characteristics: A versatile aluminum alloy with good strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability, AL6061 is used in structural and aerospace applications.
Maintenance: Prevent oxidation by keeping parts dry and clean. Anodizing or coating parts can provide additional protection in outdoor or harsh environments.


Applications

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a thick oxide layer on the surface of metals, primarily aluminum. This process significantly alters the properties of the metal, providing both functional and aesthetic benefits.
 
Main Benefits:
• Improved Corrosion Resistance: Anodizing forms a durable oxide layer that protects aluminum from corrosion. This is particularly useful for parts exposed to harsh outdoor environments, such as in the aerospace, automotive, and marine industries.
