     This product is a natural diamond high-gloss mirror turning tool produced by our company. The cutting material of the tool tip is high-quality natural industrial diamond. It is suitable for processing non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, zinc, titanium, etc.) Mirror turning processing, high-precision tool nose arc and experienced cutting edge grinding process, after being assembled on a CNC machine tool with good stability, the machined surface of the workpiece can produce a mirror effect, and the finish can reach RA0.1.
The diamond cutting tools produced by our company not only have strong wear resistance, but also have good chip removal performance. They are the first choice for precision machining with high efficiency, high brightness and high finish.
The high-quality natural diamond is selected, and the natural diamond single crystal is welded to the tool shank by a special welding process. It is made by special geometric angle design and sharpening technology. According to customer requirements, it can be processed into various angles and radians. It is mainly used for aspheric and free optical surface processing, Wiener processing, ultra-precision processing, etc.

      The PCD polycrystalline diamond rough polishing knife and the ND natural diamond fine (fine) polishing knife are sequentially clamped in a special polishing cutter head, which can be used for acrylic polishing in diamond polishing machines, edge grinding machines, numerical control centers (CNC) or milling machines and other equipment. Plate, rough and fine polishing at one time.
The tool is composed of natural diamond (PCD) fine polishing knife, which has good polishing effect and fine texture. The tool grinding process is mature and the chip removal performance is excellent, and it can complete the polishing of dozens of sheets at one time.
1) In the process of selecting tools for processing different materials and achieving different effects, it is recommended to use tools with short cutting edges as much as possible. Because the cutting edge is too long or the tool body is too long, it will cause the whole movement and deflection during processing, which will lead to the damage of the tool and the quality of the processed product.
2) Be sure to use a suitable size of the jacket, because the jacket is severely worn or not round enough and the inner hole is tapered, it cannot provide enough clamping force, resulting in vibration or twisting of the tool handle and flying off.
3) When the tool handle is found to have uneven contact marks or grooves after the tool is clamped, it indicates that there is slippage or the inner hole of the fixture is deformed. The jacket should be replaced immediately. The tool handle and the collet must be fully tightened to prevent the tool handle from breaking or accidents.
4) Keep the knives clean after work, and use standard industrial solvents to remove dirt stuck to the knives.
