   PCD diamond tools: Natural diamonds are expensive, and polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is widely used in cutting. Since the early 1970s, polycrystalline diamond (Polycrystauine diamond, referred to as PCD for short) has been successfully developed using high temperature and high pressure synthesis technology. Since then, natural diamond tools have been replaced by artificial polycrystalline diamond in many occasions. PCD raw materials are rich in sources, and its price is only one tenth to one tenth of natural diamond. PCD tools cannot grind extremely sharp edges However, the surface quality of the processed workpiece is not as good as that which can be naturally used for fine cutting of non-ferrous metals and non-metals, and it is difficult to achieve ultra-precision mirror cutting.

      The PCD polycrystalline diamond rough polishing knife and the ND natural diamond fine (fine) polishing knife are sequentially clamped in a special polishing cutter head, which can be used for acrylic polishing in diamond polishing machines, edge grinding machines, numerical control centers (CNC) or milling machines and other equipment. Plate, rough and fine polishing at one time.
