CBN superhard cutting tools are specialized in finishing, mainly cutting all kinds of hardened steel, alloy steel, tool steel, die steel, manganese steel-spring steel, bearing steel, chilled cast iron, high chromium cast iron, gray cast iron, powder metallurgy, Ni-based And various difficult-to-machine high-hardness steels with CO-based superalloy Rockwell hardness between (HRC45-80°). Feature 1: Good finish, good surface finish can reach (Ra0.6-Ra0.8); Feature 2: Super hard wear-resistant - high tool hardness and strong wear resistance; Feature 3: High cutting speed - high-speed cutting speed It can effectively improve processing efficiency and reduce costs.
Twice high temperature and high pressure in the manufacturing process
1. Convert hexagonal boron nitride (HBN) into cubic boron nitride (CBN) under high temperature and high pressure.
2. The cubic boron nitride micro-nano crystal powder and the binder are synthesized into polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) under high temperature and high pressure.
Tips for cutting processing:
1. The small depth of cut should be greater than the corner fillet
2. The high feed should be less than half of the corner fillet
3. PVD physical coating is suitable for difficult-to-machine materials (mild steel, stainless steel, superalloy, etc.)
