3.0 KW Air Cooling Spindle CNC Router Milling Machine With NC Studio On-line Control System
This type CNC Router Machine installed NC-Studio control system. Nc studio could connect computer on-line, you can see the processing of work directly through computer.
Advantage:
1. It's specialized in processing 3d and complicated process; such as 360 degree rotary for
engraving human body,sculpture, craft, furniture, jade, ceramic, clay etc.
2.The lathe bed has good stiffness and non-deformation, which is made up with thick-walled
square pipe by welding process, lathe type move, and stabilized by relief of internal stress
treatment later on.
3. Screw drive, servo motor, high power and high precision.
4. Four-axis control system: NCstudio NK300 series with hand wheel.
5. Spinner consists of holding chuck and dead center whose concentricity between 0.05-0.1MM
which can be ensured with linear and square rail.

NC Studio Control System
NC studio System is very different from other Control system, it provides a PC Screen, you could see the toolpath and tool position on PC screen. Operator could control the PC on-site, and make a change without moving if nesscery. It’s a control card installed in control box, and connect PC on-site.
Inverter
Inverter is controler of spindle, it control the start, speed and stop of spindle. We usually adopt Taiwan Detla inverter and shanghai Fuling inverter.
Leadshine stepper Motor and Driver
Leadshine stepper Moter and Driver is widely adopted in Chinese CNC router, It’s cheaper and high accuracy. It won’t lose step in working, speed performance increased about 30%, improve the equipment speed heavily. Motor heat fell down 30%,prolong the life time of the motor. Vibration phenomenon significantly reduced,motor run more smoothly. Adopted the current control system technology,save power consumption.
Heavy duty body
Heavy duty body are made by 15mm steel square tube and beam, adopt welded with seamless welded structure. Annealing in high temperature and vibrating stress relief. The body with big weight, could keep good stability without deformation in long time working vibration.
HSD Air Cooling Spindle
We usually adopt HSD Air Cooling Spindle form Italy. It has more advantage in work, well known better quality and long working life-span, good working effect, low ware etc. All these advantages make it suitable for High-end woodworking engraving machine, like ATC and single arm type. Of course, it is a good choice if you wanna a cnc router with faster working speed in simple engraving operation.
