5Ton Single Mandrel Hydraulic Decoiler With Support Frame
Description
As a common accessory for roll forming machine, 5Ton decoiler is widely used for a metal roofing sheet roll forming line, steel floor decking sheet forming machine and cable tray production line, etc.
Believe Industry Company have 2 kinds of 5T uncoilers: 5T manual uncoiler and 5T hydraulic decoiler. Manual uncoiler is an economical design for clients if their budget is limited, but the manual one still has great performance. When clients need to unwind too thin material or too thick material or they have the demand of high speed of whole production line, a hydraulic uncoiler will be a better choice.
5Ton hydraulic decoiler with hydraulic mandrel expansion and electric coil unwinding is more convenient in operation than manual type decoiler. Equipped with the brake system, the decoiler itself can automatically adjust the unwinding speed to match the speed of whole line.
