Description
Octagonal tube is an important accessory for roller shutter door. Like roller shutter slats and roller shutter door guide track, octagonal tubes can also be produced by metal roll forming machine with interlocked/self-lock seam. Main material can be roll formed are galvanized steel coils with 0.5-1.2mm thickness. Steel coils go through the process of decoiling, infeeding guiding, punching, roll forming, cutting and finally come out the finished octagonal tubes.
Most widely used dimensions of octagonal tubes are 40mm, 60mm, 70mm in diameter. One set of roll forming rollers is only to produce one dimension, BELIEVE INDUSTRY COMPANY make quick change machine design (cassette type/rafted type) for customers to produce more than one size of the octagonal tubes on the same machine. 4 groups of roller stands or more groups of rollers stands are assembled on a common base which can be installed on the machine base or removed from the machine base as a whole.
